Corrections to published specifications are the most useful thing you can send us.
Corrections
If a figure in a review is wrong, we want to know. The most helpful correction names the device, the figure as published here, and what it should be — ideally with the manufacturer’s own specification page or manual as the source.
Errors here usually have one of three causes: a manufacturer restated a figure after the review was written, a listing changed, or we misread a specification — quoting a display’s marketing refresh rate as the panel’s, say, or a camera’s battery months without the events-per-day assumption behind them. The third is worth reporting hardest, because a misreading tends to repeat.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you why a device will not connect to your Wi-Fi, whether it will work with your other devices, or how to set it up, and we cannot help with a delivery, a return, a warranty claim or an account problem. We have never had the device in the room. The manufacturer’s support pages and the retailer for the order are the right places for those.
We are not a retailer and have no access to any order, delivery, return or warranty.
Reporting a listing that has changed
Manufacturers revise specifications quietly and listings are edited without notice, so a figure that was right when the review was written can be wrong by the time you read it. If a product page now says something different from what we publish, that is worth sending even when you cannot tell which of us is out of date.
Reporting a review that should not be here
In September 2026 we removed 375 pages about accessories, plans and other things that are not devices from search indexing because they are not devices. If you find one we missed — a review filed under a device category whose subject is an accessory or a part — tell us which one.
What we do with what you send
A correction is checked against the manufacturer’s current published figure before anything changes. If the manufacturer’s figure has moved, the review is updated to match and notes the date; if we misread it, the review is corrected and the same misreading is checked for elsewhere. We do not publish who sent a correction, and we do not keep the message once it has been acted on.
How to reach us
Write to amazingdevices@novicelinks.com. It is a monitored inbox, and corrections to published figures are read first.
This is a small operation rather than a support desk, so a reply may take a few days.
